April 2019 Budget

Saving

This was a huge month for saving, and particularly a big jump in funding for the Catgirl Grand Campaign due to muh IRS Refund. In my separate budgeting document for tracking how I used my Refund, I was able to allocate 43.95% of this part of the Refund for the Catgirl Grand Campaign. I tossed in a bit more monies toward saving for different goals and other savings funds, so some of that will be withdrawn at some point and not be used for transitioning costs. However, I am glad overall with how much of my Refund I was able to save for catgirling. You can always view updates on the Catgirl Grand Campaign at https://campaign.ziesgg.com/

Rent

At this point I do not think I am going to be focusing too much on emergency rent savings. I may toss in 5% to 10% of weekly income toward rent. I have a decent enough cushion in the rent fund that I think I can now focus most of my income on staving off monsters, keeping monies for food, and squeezing as many pennies as possible to go into the Catgirl Grand Campaign. I will likely go back to saving up more rent monies when I actually need it.

Monsters

I only used a very tiny amount of my Refund to kill monsters (7.34%). This was used tactically, to pay off all the interest that had been accrued on my accounts. At this point I will likely just be attacking monsters enough to keep the interest from growing, and doing as much damage as possible to the smollest debt to get it out of my life. However, income in the following months may be quite sporadic and minimal now that tutoring during the school year is over. If I’m lucky I can get some summer hours, butt it may be time to find another jerb, or focus on posting content on the site/streaming m0ar/gaining a larger audience who may be able to support my work online to maek up for the drop in income that will occur.

In total I made payments of $151 of which about $125 stuck, the rest of which dealt with interest. If I can keep ahead of the interest now, I should always be able to keep interest total below $10. However, to make that happen in the coming months I need to find moar work or reach moar peoples with my content who’ll be willing to support my work. D:

Spending Mons

I used as little of my Refund as possible for myself for only necessary things, but I stilled took up slightly moar than 25% of my Refund for these expenses. The good thing is, however, that when the other portion of my Refund comes in, exactly 100% of it will go toward the Grand Campaign. So there will likely be another nice spike in Catgirl funds in May, butt again, with tutoring sessions coming to a close, I may not get any other income aside from the second Refund. I am already used to spending as little as possible, going months/weeks without buying anything, butt right now I do need to do ass much as possible to have some income to both keep the monsters at bay and to continue saving up for the extremely expensive transitioning costs.

Closing Th0ts

Overall, I’m glad that I will be able to set aside approximately 62% of my total Refund for the Catgirl Grand Campaign. Hopefully with this good bump in the numbers, the interest earned over time will have slightly more of an impact than in previous months. It won’t be a ton, butt every little bit counts! I do think I have a nice idea to start maeking short, quick content for the site that might bring in a bit m0ar monies, so maybe if I can use that for a bit while I look for more work, I can have this time where there’s no work to build up a quick thingy. Also, I finally buyeded my burger! Yay~!! It was a very yum!!! 😋😋😋 Maybe if I get moar hours and I get a week of income with 100 or moar monies, I’ll treat myself to another b0rger. :3
